Let’s point the finger of blame on Harry Gill and maybe a new director of schools is warranted.

Wow! Didn’t know this site existed until someone told me yesterday. Don’t know much about this administrator everyone speaks of, but to me it sounds as if everything that Harry Gill puts his stamp on turns bad! The principal at LaVergne High is demonstrating some unprofessional behavior that is not being addressed by Gill or the Board. I think that administrator problems are the result of Gill not doing an adequate job of selecting professionals that know how to treat teachers, students and parents. There are several current administrators in the RCS System that bully their faculty and implement their own policies regardless of the what State Law and Board policy require. Let’s point the finger of blame on Harry Gill and maybe a new director of schools is warranted.
